All orders submitted through this website or by other means are quote requests, not binding purchase orders. ACE Olympic Sporting LLC ("ACE") will respond with itemized pricing, freight, lead time, and payment terms within one business day. An order is binding only after written confirmation by ACE and receipt of payment per the agreed terms.
Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from issuance. Pricing does not include freight, taxes, fees, or duties unless explicitly stated. Payment terms are negotiated per account and may include net-30, prepayment, or wire transfer. ACE reserves the right to require prepayment for first orders.
Title and risk of loss pass to buyer upon carrier pickup at our Tacoma, Washington warehouse (FCA Tacoma per Incoterms 2020). Delivery dates are estimates only and ACE shall not be liable for carrier delays. Buyer is responsible for inspection upon receipt; claims for damage or shortage must be filed within 5 business days.
Clay targets are non-returnable except for verified manufacturing defects. Defective product claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photo documentation. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at ACE's discretion.
ACE's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question. ACE disclaims all warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose beyond the manufacturer's published specifications.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
